January’s member mingle at Domaine Naturaliste was a sell-out with 100 members and MRBTA staff getting together to toast the new year!

The sunset over the vineyards was a spectacular backdrop to the beautiful event put together by Bruce Dukes and his team at Domaine Naturaliste.  Bruce entertained the crowd with an inspiring talk about the Domaine philosophy and approach to winemaking (including a confession to being an aboslute soil nerd).  It was fascinating to learn more about the impact the warmer summer has had on this year’s harvest.

Jasmin Rouw, MRBTA Membership Manager, provided an update on the new member console project and welcomed new members, some of which had joined us that evening.

Jenny Lee, Interim Group Manager (Marketing) and Tourism Services Manager, gave an update on some of the positive initiatives supporting recovery from the current bushfire crisis, provided insight into recent visitation data and informed the crowd about MRBTA’s recent marketing activity.

Cinde Fisher, Joint CEO, spoke regarding the work that is being undertaken at Busselton Airport to ready the transport foyer and groundhandling services for the upcoming Melbourne – Busselton Jetstar flights.

Please enjoy some snaps from the evening in the gallery below and we hope to see you at the next one on February 27th at Swings and Roundabouts.

A great start to the Member Mingle year and a huge thank you to the Domaine Naturaliste team for hosting us!
