The International Wine Tourism Steering Group (MRBTA, MRWA, SWDC & ASW) is excited to announce the Margaret River region’s first ever marketing campaign partnership with Expedia.
The match-funded $100,000 campaign, runs from March 13th to May 7th targeting travel from Singapore during the winter months from June 1st to August 31st.
The core objectives of the campaign are to:
- position the Margaret River region as the quintessential mid-year getaway for Singaporeans
- build awareness of the diversity of wine tourism experiences available
- Convert travel research & consideration into bookings
This strategic partnership will amplify our marketing reach by leveraging Expedia travel intent data to reach travel shoppers throughout their path to purchase.
This campaign will be supported through a dedicated landing page, flight, accommodation and vacation packages bookings paths, social media, display banners and audience extension ad placements.
The campaign landing page will feature inspirational winter experiences such as wine trails, whale watching, nature tours and events.
