In regard to the showcase event, what does full event support mean?
This means an event management team will be taking care of everything including styling, set up, AV, logistics, ticket sales, photography, media and influencer hosting.
Will the showcase event support wine sales?
Yes, while the primary objective of the event program is to drive visitation to the region and ultimately your business, another measure of success will be participants ability to grow brand awareness, build their database and increase sales. Average sale per exhibitor is forecast at $1500.
Is there a collective database that these events will be marketed to?
Yes, the showcase, satellite and fringe events will all be included on a dedicated microsite scheduled to launch Monday, 27 August. This will be promoted via Singapore based public relations agency Food News, through targeted social media advertising and news blasts to shared email databases.

|Format:||30+ travel trade and media within the styled event space of Tamarind Hill prior to the showcase event. The format will allow for individual operators to present to the group and network over refreshments.

|Venue:||Gunther’s, a contemporary French restaurant in the heart of Singapore’s cultural district.|

|Format:||Cape Lodge Chef, Tony Howell, will feature as visiting regional chef. Each producer will serve their flagship Chardonnay alongside the same of an earlier/museum vintage matched with a 7 course meal, featuring local produce such as marron, abalone and truffle.
The group have proposed sharing a chardonnay trail with guests on the evening with the potential to win a stay at Cape Lodge.

Event organisers are looking for interested wineries and breweries to take part, ideally 5 or 6 wineries and 1-2 breweries. Producers will need to provide a cost price of wine that Timbre+ can on-sell at the venue for their “Wine of the Month” promotion in October (which will have marketing and social support from the venue) plus some wine for tastings.
|Format:||The event will host Margaret River live music and produce in a traditional, rejuvenated hawkers venue. Timbre+ are looking for producers to take part in a month-long Margaret River sales promotion. Danny Loong, founder of the Timbre Group, studied in WA at Murdoch and has 12 live venues in Singapore.
